What does staying in character mean?
Speaking and acting as your character would in the world, and keeping player knowledge out of it. Most servers separate in character chat from out of character chat with a command or a bracket convention, so you can still ask a normal question without breaking the scene.
How do I join a Roleplay Minecraft server?
Copy the IP address of the server you want. Open Minecraft, click Multiplayer, then Add Server. Paste the address into the server address field, click Done, then select the server and press Join Server.

We send our own status ping to every listed address every five minutes and record the reply. If a server has not answered in the last 30 minutes we show the last successful reading and label it as last seen, rather than presenting an old number as if it were live.
