What is a Minecraft Crossplay server?
A crossplay server accepts both editions into the same world, almost always by running Geyser to translate Bedrock connections. One world, one economy, two clients. 41 Crossplay servers are listed here, each one status-pinged from our own infrastructure so you can see which are populated before you join.
How crossplay is actually done
Geyser sits in front of the server and translates the Bedrock protocol into the Java one, with Floodgate letting Bedrock players in without owning a Java account. Because the translation is not perfect, complex custom interfaces and some resource pack features can behave differently on Bedrock, which is why crossplay servers tend to keep their menus simple.
Two addresses, one server
The Java address and the Bedrock address are often the same hostname on different ports, and sometimes different hostnames entirely. Where we have both we show both, because entering the Java address into the Bedrock client is the most common reason a connection fails on a server that genuinely supports it.
How do I join a server from this list?
Every row carries the address players connect to. Copy it with the button on the row, open Minecraft, choose Multiplayer, then Add Server and paste it into the address field. Bedrock players add the same address under Servers, and if the listing shows a Bedrock port it is written next to the address. Nothing here needs a launcher, a mod or an account on this site.
How we order the Crossplay list
Our editor's picks lead, then the rest of the page is ordered by the votes players cast this month. Votes reset on the first of each month. Servers without a banner sit at the end, because a row with nothing to look at is a row nobody clicks.
How do we know a server is online?
We send our own status ping to every listed address roughly every five minutes and record what comes back, so the player counts on this page are measured rather than typed in by an owner. A server that stops answering keeps its listing and shows the last count we read, labelled as last seen, instead of showing a stale number as if it were live.
