What is a Minecraft Earth server?
An earth server maps the real world into Minecraft, usually at a reduced scale. You spawn somewhere real, claim real territory, and the geopolitics are as serious as the players make them. 67 Earth servers are listed here, each one status-pinged from our own infrastructure so you can see which are populated before you join.
Scale, and what it costs you
Earth maps run at scales from 1:500 up to full size. A smaller scale means you can walk from Paris to Berlin in an afternoon and the whole world stays populated; a larger one is more faithful and much emptier. The scale is the single most important thing about an earth server and it is usually in the first line of the description.
Nations, borders and diplomacy
Most earth servers run towny or a similar claim system, so a nation is a set of towns with a shared bank and a leader. Alliances, wars and trade agreements are player run, and the long standing servers have a documented history of them. That history is why joining an established earth server has a learning curve that a fresh one does not.
How do I join a server from this list?
Every row carries the address players connect to. Copy it with the button on the row, open Minecraft, choose Multiplayer, then Add Server and paste it into the address field. Bedrock players add the same address under Servers, and if the listing shows a Bedrock port it is written next to the address. Nothing here needs a launcher, a mod or an account on this site.
