Why the map matters more than anything
An anarchy server that has never reset accumulates history: spawn wastelands stretching for kilometres, highways along the axes, and bases far enough out that finding them is the real defence. That map is the entire draw, which is why the age of the world is the first thing an anarchy server advertises.
Queues, lag machines and duping
Long queues at peak are normal on the popular ones because the player cap is small relative to demand. Duplication glitches are usually tolerated rather than patched, and lag machines are a recognised weapon. None of that is a bug report; on an anarchy server it is the intended condition.
